J'adore l'amour

Some color block fun on more a casual track. A throw on sweater is so comfy and when you just add some color like these colorful skinny jeans its a perfect match. Wanna dress it up? add some heels, I chose to add these color block heels that I love from Steve Madden but plain colors work as well. I loved the coral pink scarf but I found this really cute one with a hint of grayish biege in it ; couldn't really tell which one hahhaa.. add a sporty white watch with a turquoise ring and grab your bag && watch the attention you get ;-)

MS.Ivy League

MS.Ivy League

Hey B's ! Since I've been looking for law schools lately I've came down with the Ivy League Syndrome (I desperately want to get into an Ivy League law School, wish me lots of luck !! ) well anyways I wanted to make this post about dressing the part and I came up with the traditional school girl outfit (with Britney Spears in mind). I love the plaid skirt ( very Britney Spears) now I added the cropped grey blazer along with it, it comes in handy with many outfits. With a busy Blazer I had to come down and pull it together with a plain white blouse. If it gets a little chilly add the yellow mustard scarf, it adds a little flavor to the look especially since you cant accessorize as much with this look as well as the knee high socks for a little coverage. I would put very comfy sophisticated platform heels with the chestnut leather briefcase, don't forget to add the glasses to complete the fashionable/nerdy school girl outfit. Have fun, much love <3

Rule your Kingdom

Rule your Kingdom

Since today is Columbus Day I've decided to dedicate this post to Ancient Egypt <3 . We can thank Egypt for many things that are available to us nowadays such as science, math, art, makeup and beauty regimes, && while were at it lets add fashion as well ! The most famous Queen of all - Cleopatra, but it is not she that has left behind a legacy but Queen Nefertiti who was well known for her beauty. Many inspired looks over the years has been sought from the ancient Egyptians such as the one shoulder dresses that are seen in the arts. A drapery style dress, tie up gladiator sandals, pleated skirts, gold bangles, and tube tops. The Ancient Egyptians were known for adding accessories and embellishing their outfits with lots of gold and silver and that's where I think we today got the inspirations for such fashion so I wanted to make an ode to Ancient Egypt in this post and thank them for the inspirations they have given us today. with much loveeee <3
